Recently relocated to the market town of Mold to provide good communications with Wales and England.

I am a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an Architect Accredited in Building Conservation.

My work includes the repair and regeneration of historic and Listed buildings. This includes the following: -

  • Inspections and measured surveys
  • Feasibility studies and building appraisals
  • Applications for Planning and Listed Building Consent
  • Preparation of detailed drawings and specification management of the on site building process leading to practical completion

My professional experience, over many years, includes the care and repair of historic buildings. Quinquennial inspections and sensitive repairs using appropriate building techniques are a speciality. Of particular importance are re-ordering projects, which enable Church buildings to attract wider usage while still maintaining their intrinsic function as places of worship.

I am fully acquainted with the funding procedures of English Heritage, CADW and Heritage Lottery grant applications.

A comprehensive list of examples of by work is available on request.

I consider it a great privilege to be able to work on Listed and historic buildings and I am dedicated to providing a fully professional service to my clients.
